SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

We do our best to get items shipped out to you as soon as possible. Some items
ship out the same day, some items take a week OR LONGER (7 business days, not
Saturday or Sunday) due to availability of products. Part of the reason we can
offer such low prices is that we do not actually carry all inventory (less stock
to handle), but instead relay your order to our distributor for some products..
Please note that we dont guarantee that an order will ship
or arrive within a certain time frame (especially important for holidays,
birthday, etc.) Orders placed Friday after 5 pm Mountain Standard Time will be
process the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturday.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and process our payments through

STATE/INTERNATIONAL RESTRICTIONS

Some states in the and certain countries restrict items they consider
pornographic. It is up to the customer to know whether or not restrictions apply
to their areas. If a package is confiscated, we do not reimburse any money, as
it is highly unlikely it will be returned to us. If for some reason it is
returned, there is a 30% restocking fee and shipping charges are not returned
(however, it is up to our warehouse to accept returns or not- if they dont
reimburse us, we cant reimburse you.) However, we ship all over the world,
and we have never had any package confiscated.

AVAILABILITY
OF PRODUCTS

Our suppliers are the top distributors of sex toys and sex products in America,
and if they dont have an item readily available, then probably no other
drop-shippers will either. Things are rarely on backorder long. Multiple-item
orders may come in different boxes, and may not all ship at the same time
(especially due to backordered products). Around the holidays (especially
Valentines Day and Christmas), our distributors tend to ship things out slower
due to the increase in demand for these types of items.
We have no way of knowing if our distributor is currently out of stock on a
particular product until we place an order. Sometimes a product becomes
discontinued. We can only find this out once we place an order and our
distributor informs us. This may take over a week. We will refund your money
right away if a product is no longer available. If you order multiple items and
one or more items becomes discontinued or unavailable, we will ship your order
without it and we will reimburse you for the item cost plus the difference in
shipping. Some of the glass items take over a week to produce (they are
hand-blown), though we do stock many of the ones we sell and those will ship out
quickly. Your order may come from more than one distributor and in more than one
box.
DISCRETION

Your order will arrive in a plain brown box with a return address for Logical
Network Solutions. There is never any indication of what is inside, so you do
not need to worry that a neighbor, coworker or roommate will know.
RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
Please email us right away if you want to cancel your order. We place orders
with our distributor soon after they are placed with us. We will do our best to
cancel an order, but sometimes our distributor will not allow us to cancel once
the order is in their system.
With the exception of defective/incorrect items, ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL! NO
EXCEPTIONS! If you change your mind after the order has shipped, were sorry but
we are unable to do anything about it. If you refuse a shipment, there is little
chance of a refund. The main reason we cannot refund money is because our
distributors will not allow it. We check our email often, so drop us a line and
we will do our best to cancel it. Youll receive a full refund right away. You
MUST email us within 10 business days of receiving a defective/incorrect
product. After this, there are no refunds/exchanges.
There are NO RETURNS for any reason other than defects/incorrect items. FDA
Health regulations prohibit returns of all vibrators, dildos and massagers and
other toys-used or unused unless the item is defective. If an item is returned
for defects and is determined to have been used there are without question NO
returns/refunds given and we will not return the item (you obviously cant
resell a used item and there is no way to tell if a returned item has been
used). Defective/incorrect items can be returned and will be replaced with the
exact same model only or a refund will be given.
If you need to do any returns for the above reasons, you MUST email us first and
we will give you an address for returns. Please do not return products without
emailing us first. Doing so may void your return. You may only ship back via UPS
ground or Fed Ex (so that there is a tracking number). If you want to ship any
other method, that is certainly your priority, but we wont reimburse for
shipping and if the items cant be tracked and the package never shows up,
theres nothing we can do. You must notify us within 10 business days of
receiving a defective product. Returns must be unused and in original packing.
If it is determined the item has been used, there are NO refunds.
Any returns of toys must be approved in advance and must be UNUSED with complete
packaging.
All returns are subject to the discretion of our distributor, not us. If they
decide not to process a return because of any reason, we ARE NOT responsible.
Any package seized by customs at your international airport cannot be
reimbursed. Its up to you to know if your country has bans on
"pornographic" material. We ship all over the world, and weve never
once had an issue with this, however. We are not responsible for differences in
color of products, due to different monitors. We are not responsible if
something does not fit.
SHIPPING STATUS DEFINITIONS

PENDING: As soon as you place an order, this is the initial status..
PROCESSING: This means we have placed the order with our distributor or are in
process of picking it in our warehouse. It NORMALLY takes up to 7 business days
to ship out, but may take longer due to availability.
SHIPPED: The item has shipped.
REFUNDED: We have refunded your order due to non-availability.
A Notice About Cyberskin

While Cyberskin is a product, it is also a brand name. Other products such as
Pleasureskin, UR3, Futurotic, SoftTouch and Jel-Lee are the exact same thing as
Cyberskin, they just have a different name (Cyberskin is just the most well
known). It is all the same material.
